    • Repeat calls asking the same questions will count as an engagement
    • Security Check: Failure to respond to one of the initial attempts to verify your safety (push alert, text, or initial audio call) will count as an engagement

      • If you connect to a Security Agent by mistake and don't require support or ask any questions
      • If you are connecting to a Security Agent to order an on-demand service, like "Send Car"
        • If you request "Send Car" and then ask the security agent to stay with you to monitor your safety, that counts as an engagement
      • If your Track Me On The Go session escalates and you quickly respond to our outreach to confirm safety
        • If you do not respond to our initial phone call to verify your safety, it will count as an engagement
    • Once you reach your maximum number of engagements, you will be required to upgrade to Premier Plus ($100 per month for 30 engagements) to continue using our services
      • Repeated use/abuse of services without upgrading will result in your account being blocked until the cycle is renewed
    • Any member care (customer support) questions should be emailed to care@ourbond.com
